REFUND POLICY

There is an any reason, full refund policy. Your purchase is fully refundable provided a refund request is emailed to us within 14 days of making the purchase. Beyond this time, no refund request shall be entertained. To place a refund request, write an email to [email protected]. The refund request must be sent from the email ID mentioned at the time of making the purchase. Also it is compulsory to mention the purchase date, mobile number mentioned at the time of purchase and the reason for seeking the refund. The matter will then be taken up for due verification and processing at our end and thereafter at the end of the payment processor before the release of refund. The refund will be credited to the source from which the payment was made at the time of purchase. The duration varies from case to case and no definite time frame can be given for the same. However, an estimated time required for the refund process to complete may go up to six or eight weeks from the date of successfully placing the refund request.

Non-delivery or Wrong delivery of product

In case, the product cannot be satisfactorily delivered, full refund shall be initiated. Please note that no fresh request under this category shall be entertained after the passage of 3 days from the date of purchase.
