We have just ONE body! We do everything with it – physical, mental or spiritual. Our life depends on it. Yet, how much do we know about its needs? Do we care for our body much or just that we take it for granted? Most often, it is the latter. Negligence or lack of awareness is rampant and contributes to the maximum loss in terms of our quality of health. Even so, it is not that over-protection is good. Anything done in excess is also harmful. Both, under-care or over-care of our body will harm us in the long run.

Protect your vision
