This is a collection of 5 audio files and 5 PDF files in English (For Bengali version, there are 4 audio files in Bengali and 5 PDF files in English). They aim to put you in a regimen for the protection of eyesight. The audios are of various duration ranging from 5 to 20 minutes. They are guided suggestions given in a medium of soothing music. The suggestions take you through a series of steps that enable very deep relaxation to reach the eyes and consequent improvement of vision. The PDF documents guide you through the entire process and also provides tools and resources that take you through the process.

The free audio is a five minute session that will be helpful for taking quick sessions and also for those who want some protection of eyesight from future damage especially if you are actively involved in eye straining activities. However, you may require the full library if you are looking for some serious intervention relating to eyesight protection.

Apart from the free access audio given in this page, you can access the other files when you purchase them. Once the payment is done, you will be redirected to another page from where a ZIP file download will start automatically. Please be patient and wait for a few seconds after the payment is completed. Do not close the browser till the ZIP file download is completed to your device. The file being somewhat larger in size, might show failure to scan for virus. You will need to click the ‘Download Anyway’ button. Please ensure adequate internet connectivity for the download.

After the download, when the ZIP file is extracted, you will get a folder containing text (PDF) files in English and audio (MP3) files in your chosen language (presently available in English and Bengali). Among the PDF files, there is a ‘Getting Started’ document which you must read first. This will introduce you to all the components of the folder and explain how to use them. After a couple of days of practice, when all the instructions are completely understood, the entire process will involve just sitting down with the guided audio MP3 and completing the session. That’s it!

The audios are presently available in English and Bengali languages. However, the PDF documents are available in English alone.

Most of us are at risk of vision loss, thanks to our modern lifestyle. But the risk of vision loss increases further if you spend long hours looking at near objects like reading, writing, phone or computer. If you are using glasses/lenses for a long time there is a need for upward correction from time to time. Young children commonly get affected due to overuse of their eyes in reading and screen viewing. If you are 35-50 years old, you are at risk as reading glasses tend to become necessary. You may also have any other medical condition that adversely affects your vision. Under all these circumstances, active protection of vision will be helpful.

Yes and No. It depends on several factors like the processes you are using, the amount of time and energy you are willing to put in, the extent of correction you require presently, the duration for which you have been using glasses/lenses, health condition of your eyes, etc. MindAtop Audios help in relieving strain and that being one of the principal reason for vision loss, there is always a hope of recovery in problems arising from it. If you are following the full regimen properly, you may get your eyes checked every month. In case of any improvements, you need to bring down the correction according to your progress every time (viz. changing power of glasses/lenses, etc.), in consultation with the healthcare professional. It all depends on your condition, your goals and the process you are using right now. For casual protection of regular vision, putting in just 5 minutes a day using the free audio given here should be adequate. On purchase of the collection, you come across sessions of various sizes. One full session is approximately of 20 minutes duration. Depending on the needs, the duration and frequency of practice would vary. Normally, it is recommended to do two full sessions daily giving a gap of at least 7-8 hours in between. In case of scarcity of time, you may do with shorter duration practice as well. There are no known side-effects if the processes are done correctly. However, owing to the detoxification effect of the process, there can be some mild symptoms related to expulsion of old cough.
